Infuse Vodka is a boutique craft spirits brand. Founded here in southern California by Seth Benhaim. Each batch of Infuse Vodka is crafted by hand. This technique is thought to of originated in the 10th century. These early infusions were of ancient Chinese teas, made with fruits and spices. In the 11th century, the Persian Empire would infuse their natural oils using spices, vegetables, and fruits. Soon to follow… the Russians began to infuse their homemade vodkas.

Inspired by his world travels; Seth rediscovered these natural methods of infusion. He decided to pursue his passion and handcraft a vodka that paid respect to the Old World  ways of flavoring spirits. The spectacular taste of this natural process is undeniable.

The Chili Pepper is my personal favorite! I’ve never tasted a pepper vodka that even comes close to the flavor of this Infuse Vodka Chili Pepper.


My favorite drink of 2014…Moscow Mule with Infuse Chili Pepper

2oz Chili Pepper Infuse Vodka
Fresh Mint Leaves
1/2 a Fresh Lime
Shake well, pour into Moscow Mule Mug add…
Ginger Beer

Infuse Chili Pepper Spicy Bloody Mary

2 oz Chili Pepper Infuse Vodka
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
7 oz Tomato Juice
8 Dashes Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Horse Radish
1 Pinch Celery Salt

Shake well, pour into highball glass over ice. Garnish with lemon wedge, celery stalk, and olive

Infuse Chili Pepper Hot Chocolate

2 oz Chili Pepper Infuse Vodka
1 1/2 oz Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
1 oz Whipped Cream

Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Garnish with dried chili pod


Infuse Chili Pepper Perfect Night Out

1 1/2 oz Chili Pepper Infuse Vodka
2 oz Mango Infuse Vodka
1/2 oz Lychee Juice or Syrup
Fresh Cucumber

Muddle cucumber in a shaker, add ingredients with ice, shake until chilled. Garnish with a cucumber and dried chili pod
